Periodontal Therapy
If you are experiencing sore gums, you may have periodontal disease (also called gum disease). This occurs when an infection forms in the supportive tissues of the mouth due to bacteria building up inside your mouth. Your dentist at Omni Dental assesses your periodontal health, and if needed, conducts the appropriate periodontal therapy to restore gums and supportive tissues. To test bacteria levels in your mouth, Omni Dental uses the micro-IDent®plus test. This technology allows your dentist to identify whether our patients will need periodontal therapy, or an antibiotic. We also offer EvoraPro® oral probiotics to restore the balance of beneficial bacteria that are naturally present in our mouths. One tablet, once a day supports healthier teeth and gums, freshens breath and safely whitens teeth.
Root Canal & Tooth Extraction
Damage to the nerve tissue inside of a tooth sometimes requires a root canal procedure. Despite the tales you may have heard regarding the procedure, most root canals are very comfortable – especially compared to the oral pain and discomfort you may be feeling before the procedure. Your dentist at Omni Dental takes advantage of advances in technology and dental techniques that make root canal procedures more effective while taking less time. We guarantee that every effort is made to keep all your teeth, as it is always the best and preferred solution. In the instance where a tooth cannot be saved, it may be recommended to extract the tooth. This extraction can be done in our office to be cost-effective and convenient for you.

If you experience head, neck, or shoulder pain, we have a pain-free solution for you. A custom mouth piece is created that is worn at night to prevent teeth grinding or jaw clenching.
